Vegetarian Plate
Substitutions
No menu substitutions will be made the day of the meeting or after
seating for the meal. Please note the lunch menu in the newsletter or on
this website. If the entree is unacceptable, then the Vegetarian
Meal must be requested in advance when you register. The hotel charges us more and the
catering staff gets upset with the last minute substitutions.
