Membership is for the period January - December,
2010.
Membership is not prorated, you must renew every January.
You can pick up an application at the monthly meetings
or print the
Membership
Form

with your check. You have the option to pay with credit card, see below.
(NOTE: Being a member of ACFE National does not automatically make you a member of the ACFE Houston Chapter. The Houston chapter is a separate membership. Please understand that the Houston Chapter receives no membership funds from ACFE National and must separately collect funds for
it's activities.)

Since you are paying by credit card,
you may choose to fax the completed form to 281-754-4749. If you prefer
to mail it, send it to the address listed on the invoice.
If you are a renewing chapter member, you do not have to mail or fax the
form unless there are changes. If you use a credit card that is not in
your name, please note in the PayPal comment section your name so we can
properly credit you for your payment.
